Whether you are seeking to restore mobility, reduce stress, or simply stay active, our classes provide a supportive space to explore Therapeutic Exercises through a Holistic Lens. We are a small but growing community, each on our own journey toward optimal health and well-being. Every class is thoughtfully designed to help you move better and feel better. About Claire |
Claire is passionate about the human body, movement and expression, holistic health and lifestyle and the dynamics of the natural world. Claire has been a massage therapist since 2002 and has a busy full-time practice in rural Ontario. Over the years she has studied various movement arts forms and taught regular small classes including Yoga, ELDOA, Proprioception, Muscular Reinforcement, and Myofascial Stretching.
One of Claire's significant teachers and influences is an incredible person and osteopath Guy Voyer, DO.
