We are a small and growing online community, navigating our own journey toward optimal health. Each class explores Therapeutic Exercises in a holistic way. Membership is paid monthly based on how many classes you wish to attend. All memberships include access to our online video library/archive of select past classes. About Claire |
Claire is passionate about the human body, movement and expression, holistic health and lifestyle and the dynamics of the natural world. Claire has been a massage therapist since 2002 and has a busy full-time practice in rural Ontario. Over the years she has studied various movement arts forms and taught regular small classes including Nia, Yoga, ELDOA, Proprioception, Muscular Reinforcement, and Myofascial Stretching. Her passion includes supporting people with individualized therapeutic exercise programs and strategies. She is an experienced teacher, a skilled manual practitoner and an ongoing student herself!
It is Claire's goal to: ~ Teach you exercises that serve you during the good times… and the bad. ~ Guide your Awareness to develop so that you may understand more of the complexities of your present experience. ~ Empower your sense of influence and navigation … your Choices Matter! |
