Our approach blends science, awareness and somatic intelligence to support your body's natural balance and function. Our classes are grounded in the principles of Osteopathic Remedial Exercise, incorporating techniques such as Proprioception, Muscular Reinforcement, Myofascial Stretching, ELDOA, Posturology, and Global Movements. These guided exercises are powerful, yet accessible, designed to be learned and integrated by nearly anyone. Grounded in fascia-informed. movement, fluid dynamics, and biodynamic principles, you’ll learn to organize and move your body in a way that honours the fascia—its structure, connections, and function—while building awareness, strength, and mobility. Our small-group classes are supportive, welcoming and encourage both personal attention and a sense of community. We practice barefoot—just bring a yoga or exercise mat, water, and optionally, a small towel or folded blanket for comfort.
